Deposit Cancellation Refund Policy
No refund will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. A refund of $50.00 of the deposit will be given if canceled 31 days or more in advance prior to arrival. The policy does change if you book a reservation within the 30-day window. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check sent out within 10 business days of cancellation.
3-Night Minimum Stay
A 3-night minimum stay is required to book a reservation with us. For stays longer than 6-nights, the discount rate will be applied to your invoice. It will be sent to you 45 days before your arrival date or as soon as possible depending on your booking date.

Wilderness Camper Rentals provides camper rentals exclusively for Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. We provide complimentary delivery, setup, and removal of your camper for your Fort Wilderness campsite. We have no affiliation with Fort Wilderness or Walt Disney World® Resort. Wilderness Camper Rentals does NOT reserve your Fort Wilderness campsite and your campsite fee is NOT included in our prices.
If you need assistance reserving your campsite or have questions about which campsite to reserve, please contact us - we are happy to help you! Prior to your arrival, please provide us with the name and reservation number ("FW...") associated with your Fort Wilderness reservation. Once you receive your campsite number from Fort Wilderness, you will need to provide it to us as soon as possible via phone or email.
Check-In & Check-Out
Wilderness Camper Rentals offers a 3 pm check-in time and a 10 am check-out time. Disney's Fort Wilderness check out time is 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave the camper by 10 am so we have plenty of time to remove the camper by 11 am.
Our reservation/security deposit is required at time of booking your reservation; the fee is one nightly rate of your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your total reservation amount on your invoice. The reservation/security deposit must be paid via credit card or PayPal. The remainder of the rental cost is due 20 days prior to your arrival.
We accept Master Card and VISA credit cards, PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, traveler's checks and personal checks. If paying the balance of your reservation by check, the payment is due 30 days before your arrival. Prices do not include the 8.5% state and local sales tax or the 3% convenience fee when using a credit card or PayPal. To avoid the 3% service charge, send a check or money order for your rental fee. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Wilderness Camper Rentals is committed to providing our guests with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within any of our campers. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. There is a significant recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring the camper to a smoke-free condition.
We do allow for pets but have a couple conditions that are required. Contact us by email for more information.
Upon inspection of the camper, if any damages or incidental damage are found or if additional cleaning is required, a charge to cover it will be applied. For safety reasons, we do not allow any rooftop access for any reason.
Severe Weather-Evacuation Policy
In the event Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground orders a mandatory evacuation of the campground for a weather event (hurricane/tropical storm, tornado, fire, high wind or any other event deemed an act of God) Wilderness Camper Rentals reserve's the right to evacuate you and remove our campers at any time once the order is given. We will, however, do our best to work with our guests in the event this occurs. Our number one goal is to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our own family members. If there's a mandatory evacuation, a refund will be returned to you for the unused balance of your rental stay within 15 days of the event or you may use it towards a stay in the future.
